Speak up

Anger, sadness, and humility. All things that no school should have. A school should be happy and fun filled but not for the school in speak. But there are good things to get out of this book, getting hints not what to do in life or things that you should do because they are right. Everything , isn't going to be good, but in the school lots of things should be good. Not kids making fun of you or being emo because other kids want you to be. Treating others like crap because they aren’t popular. Some of these things happen in the school I go to now, but not as serious as the school in speak.
In this school there is some problems that need to be solved like people making fun of each other because of what they wear, making fun of people the biggest problem in this school. The biggest problem in the speak school is that there is access to drugs and alcohol and sex. If that was a real school that problem has to be solved right away because no kid should be scared to go to school. If every kid was scared then kids would not go, if they are scared why would the parents make there kids go to school then. Every one in the speak book seems like a bully even the teachers.
Bullying is another problem in all schools, like in my old school. There was a big problem because you had to be this one persons friend or you were not cool or what ever. And at the school I am not you have to be popular to get respect from people which is another big problem. It seems that all schools you have to be popular to get respect from others but what happens if you are not one of the popular people.
If you are one of the "unpopular people" then people hate you they disrespect you like you are some terrorist or something, its not right. The only way you can get respect is if you are new and the first person you talk to is one of the popular people. But if you are like me didn't want to talk to anyone was I was new, you get thrown in a circle of humility and embarrassment. But its not all that bad, because you can do what ever you want and the other people wont care because they don't care about you.
The book speak is an eye opener; it opens your eyes to really look at the school you learn in and or the place you work. But what happens after your eyes are opened? What happens after you look at the school for what it is?. No one will know because the problems and the anger can never stop because it's who people are.
